Milltown Brand Return & Exchange Policy

We truly hope you and your pup love your Milltown pieces. Because fit can sometimes be tricky, we’re happy to offer returns within the guidelines below.

Exchanges

Due to varying pricing across sizes and styles, we follow a simple return-and-reorder system.

If you need a different size or style, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original purchase for a refund. This ensures the correct item is reserved for you right away, as many of our pieces are produced in small batches and may sell out quickly.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking information.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, odor, and damage, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Please lint roll the garment, fold neatly, and return it in the original clear bag so it arrives in “like new” condition.

Returns that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for a refund and may be issued store credit instead.

Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process (Domestic U.S.)

To initiate a return, please contact us at milltownbrand@gmail.com.

Once approved, we will issue a USPS prepaid return label.

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
• The return package must be dropped off at USPS within 14 days of issuance.
• Labels not used within 14 days will be voided. A new label can be reissued upon request.

Returns mailed back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

For international orders:

• Return shipping must be fully paid by the customer.
• We are unable to provide prepaid international return labels.
• Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

If customs duties, taxes, import fees, return shipping charges, or any carrier-related fees are incurred when the return re-enters the United States, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend clearly marking the package as “Returned Goods” to help reduce the likelihood of additional import charges. However, any fees assessed by customs authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customized & Personalized Items

All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes (but is not limited to) chain-stitched bandanas, engraved pet ID tags, and any item modified with custom text.

Customized orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Please review sizing, spelling, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

Once your return is delivered, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and refund processing.

All orders purchased through third-party retail stores must be returned directly to the original place of purchase. Milltown Brand is unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.

Warranty

We design our products to serve you and your pup for years to come.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at milltownbrand@gmail.com and we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by chewing or biting is not covered under warranty.
