Milltown Brand Return Policy
We always hope that our customers are happy with their purchase, but we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find the right fit for your pup!
Since each garment size has a different price, for exchanges we ask that you place a new order with us for the correct size, and return the original order. Please lint roll the garment, fold it and place back in the clear plastic bag before shipping it back, and include original tags, etc. so it is in 'like new' condition.
Please note that all returns will be subject to a $3 re-stocking fee. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the item price, minus the $3 re-stocking fee.
Let us know if you would like a return label, or if you prefer to ship it yourself. If you choose to have us provide the return label, that shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the delivery date of your returned item, for us to inspect, clean, repackage and refund the balance as the return processing time.
All orders purchased at 3rd party Retail Stores must be returned where purchased.
We design our products to serve you and your pup for a long time! If any of your products arrive damaged, or with a defect that causes them to fail, please contact us and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note that damage that is a result of normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect, or dog chewing/biting are not covered.
