Returns & Exchanges
Milltown Brand Return & Exchange Policy
We always hope that our customers are happy with their purchase, but we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find the right fit for your pup! Since each garment size has a different price, for exchanges we ask that you place a new order with us for the correct size, and return the original order.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Let us know if you would like a return label or if you prefer to ship it yourself. If you choose to have us provide the return label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
- All returned items must be in new condition to receive a full refund. Please lint roll the garment with original tags, fold it, and place it back in the clear plastic bag before shipping it back so it is in 'like new' condition.
- Dirty or damaged returns are not eligible for a cash refund and you will be issued store credit instead.
By initiating a return or exchange, you are agreeing with the terms listed above. To initiate the process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns processing time from the delivery date of your returned item for us to inspect, clean, repackage, and refund the balance. All orders purchased at 3rd party Retail Stores must be returned where purchased.
We design our products to serve you and your pup for a long time! If any of your products arrive damaged, or with a defect that causes them to fail, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note that damage that is a result of normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect, or dog chewing/biting are not covered.
