Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Milltown Brand ships all domestic orders via UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage, unless an expedited service is selected at checkout.

Orders placed using our $6 flat rate domestic shipping or Free Shipping on orders over $75 promotion will ship via UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage, whichever is the most cost-effective method based on destination and operational efficiency. Carrier selection for flat rate and free shipping orders is at our discretion.

Express orders ship via UPS 2Day Air.

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, USPS, or other carriers, including delays affecting express services.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Milltown Brand is not responsible for:

• Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Additional shipping fees required to resend returned packages
• Packages refused by the recipient

If a package is returned to us due to address error, delivery failure, or refusal, please contact us to arrange reshipment.

We will issue an invoice for a new shipping fee. Once the invoice has been paid, your order will be reshipped and you will receive a new tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Milltown Brand is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.

If an international package is refused for any reason (including refusal to pay duties, incorrect address, or change of mind) and is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
