Milltown Brand ships all domestic orders via UPS Ground Advantage unless the customer chooses express service (UPS 2Day Air).

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to our office due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.
