We are a team of 2 people, mainly 1 person (Mariko) operating the business of all aspect.

If you'd like to exchange to smaller/larger size items, please kindly send us your order #, your pup's photo with current item(s) on, your pups girth, length and approximate weight for us to determine the ideal size and give proper advice.
