We love this raincoat! It is the perfect weight for monsoon seasons in the desert. We even used it in the winter as a regular coat too. It is nice because you can adjust the length with the cord and roll up the sleeves. Love the color and the quality is so nice. We got a L for our frenchie (measurements 16" neck, 15" length, and 22" girth/chest).
